- 2 regular cleanings per year (every 6 months)
- 2 periodic examinations per year (every 6 months)
- Any Necessary x-rays for the entire year
20% Off ALL routing dental treatment completed in office including:
- Composite (Dental Fillings)
- Crowns / Veneers
- Cosmetic Bonding
- Periodontal & deep cleaning (non-surgical treatments)
- Full & Partial dentures
- Root canals
- Emergency treatment
- Fluoride treatment
IN-HOUSE dental plan does not include the following:
- Dental Implants
- Invisalign
- Zoom Whitening treatment
